Agreement
"CHAWAN ROOM" refers to Markii Digital Inc. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and that the information you provide is accurate.
Our chawan
Each chawan is one of one. We have made every effort to represent each piece accurately, but colors and surface may differ slightly on your screen. Variations in glaze flow, color, shape, and kiln marks are inherent to the craft and are part of the piece.
Orders & pricing
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice; the price charged is the price in effect when the order is placed. Posted prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or applicable taxes.
Shipping & returns
See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Once we transfer a piece to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Intellectual property
All text, images, and design on this site are owned by CHAWAN ROOM or its licensors and are protected by Japanese and international copyright and trademark law. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial use only. Do not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without our prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not use it to infringe rights, transmit malicious code or false information, harass any person, send unsolicited communications, or impersonate another. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if these terms are violated.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The site and the chawan offered through it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHAWAN ROOM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any chawan purchased through it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
