Processing & shipping
Each chawan is inspected and packed by hand in Tokyo. Orders ship within 7–14 business days of confirmation, via tracked, insured courier (DHL or FedEx). We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. To request another destination, write to us.
Delivery & tracking
After shipping, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. A tracking number is sent by email the day your chawan leaves Tokyo.
Duties & taxes
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout — nothing is charged on delivery.
Lost or damaged
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please write to hello@chawanroom.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date), with photographs where applicable. We will arrange a refund or replacement.
